Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Flying Swan Games Limited ("Flying Swan Games", "we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes mobile games, including Solitaire Instant Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information we and our third-party partners collect when you use our games and website, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. By installing or using our games, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Contact details (such as your email address) when you contact us for support or feedback;
- Purchase information when you make an in-app purchase (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your payment card details).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, device settings, and unique device/advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID, where permitted);
- Usage data: game progress, session length, screens viewed, taps and other interactions, crash logs and performance data;
- Approximate location: coarse, IP-derived location used for ad serving and analytics (we do not collect precise GPS location);
- Network information: IP address, carrier and connection type.
2. Why We Collect Data (Purpose & Scope)
- To operate and improve our games (gameplay balance, bug fixing, crash diagnostics);
- To measure how our games perform and understand player behaviour, so we can build better experiences;
- To deliver and personalise advertising, which keeps our games free or low-cost;
- To attribute advertising campaigns — understanding which ads led to an install — so we can plan marketing responsibly;
- To respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Use;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We collect only the data reasonably necessary for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data in the traditional sense; however, sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners for interest-based advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some privacy laws — see Sections 4 and 5 for how to opt out.
3. Advertising & Monetisation Partners
Our games display advertisements through industry-standard mediation and bidding platforms. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage signals to serve, personalise and measure ads.
3.1 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob and its mediation partners may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and its ad-technology disclosures. You can control personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.
3.2 AppLovin MAX (Bidding)
We use AppLovin MAX mediation and bidding to connect multiple ad networks. AppLovin and participating demand partners may collect device identifiers, approximate location and usage data to bid on, deliver and measure advertising. See AppLovin's Privacy Policy and opt out at AppLovin's opt-out page.
4. Analytics & Third-Party Data Collection Tools
4.1 Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase services — including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics — to understand how players use our games and to diagnose crashes. Firebase collects device identifiers, event data and crash diagnostics. Learn more in Firebase's privacy disclosure.
4.2 Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics (including Analytics for Firebase) to aggregate usage statistics such as daily active users, retention and in-game events. Data is processed in aggregate and used to improve game design. See Google Analytics Terms.
4.3 Tenjin
We use Tenjin for mobile marketing analytics and ad attribution. Tenjin may collect device identifiers, IP address, app events and advertising data to measure campaign performance. See Tenjin's Privacy Policy.
5. Your Choices & Opt-Out Mechanisms
- iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): on iOS 14.5+, apps must ask your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps. If you decline, we and our partners limit data use as required by Apple and do not use your IDFA for cross-app tracking.
- Limit Ad Tracking / Opt out of Ads Personalisation: on iOS go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android go to Settings > Google > Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".
- Reset advertising identifier: available in the same settings menus on both platforms.
- Partner opt-outs: use Google Ads Settings, AppLovin opt-out, and the AppChoices app (DAA) to control interest-based advertising.
- Non-personalised ads: where available by region, we honour requests to serve only non-personalised ads.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses only the technical storage strictly necessary to display pages (our site is static and does not set marketing cookies itself). Within our games, we and our partners use device identifiers, software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies — rather than browser cookies — to collect the data described above. Advertising partners may use their own tracking technologies subject to their respective privacy policies.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share data only with:
- The advertising and analytics partners listed in this policy, for the purposes described;
- Service providers who help us operate our business under contractual confidentiality;
- Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or property;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted in line with our partners' retention settings; support correspondence is kept only as long as required to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.
9. Your Data Rights
Depending on your region (including under the GDPR for EEA/UK residents and the CCPA/CPRA for California residents), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Data portability;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any right, email us at privacy@flyingswangames.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where ad networks support it, we request child-directed treatment restrictions. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
11. International Transfers
Flying Swan Games Limited is based in Hong Kong SAR. Data may be processed in other countries (including the United States and the European Union) where our service providers operate, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or partners. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date, and where required, we will seek your renewed consent in-app.
